Paul Kee was appointed H&W Welders FC manager on the 27th of September 2022 after a poor start to the 2022/2023 campaign. Kee steered the club to safety and a strong run of results saw us fighting for a Top 6 finish come the end of the season. The 22/23 season will also live fond in the memories of Welders supporters for the remarkable Irish Cup run where Kee helped the club make history by reaching the Quarter-Final Stage for the very first time beating Irish League opponents Newry City and Glenavon FC along the way.
